Tidy Planet looking to grow team

We are excited to announce that we’re looking to further grow our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible inside sales representative with excellent communication and strong sales skills.

The individual will be able to understand technical products and convey the benefits to potential clients. They will also be multi-skilled and involved in a range of activities including market research, lead generation, and digital marketing — working in an environment where they can develop professionally and play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives.

The post is for Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Key responsibilities

• Market investigation and research alongside building and maintaining databases

• Lead generation and establishing new opportunities through inbound enquiries and outbound cold calls/emails

• Working with the Sales Manager to design and implement a range of activities, such as email/mailshot campaigns, digital marketing, and telesales

• Logging and updating client enquiries along with product and services sales in our CRM

• Developing customer relationships and introducing them to new products and services

• Booking sales appointments and following up on opportunities.

Requirements and skills

• Good IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

• An understanding of social media and digital marketing techniques

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Creative and confident with a positive attitude and motivated to learn and develop

• Proven inside sales and telesales experience

• High level of English literacy and attention to detail required

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Salary

£22k-£25k
